Nova Scotia is like a warm wool blanket for me. Full of fond memories, family, laughter, and fun. I’ve lived away from it now for seven years, and this visit more than any before has brought back a full onset of homesickness. It’s not particularly surprising, I’ve always had my roots there, but now that I am self employed I no longer have the excuse of “there is no job there for me”. This beautiful business of selling jewelry online, at craft markets, and wholesale has given me the opportunity to be anywhere.
I still have a few years of adventuring before I go back, I love the mountains, and New Zealand is a possibility. But it might be worth considering moving home. Maybe one day….
